Dal Bati

  1. Diet framework is constructed on availability of approximately 25 grams of additional protein to each student per day through either Eggs / Chicken / Paneer & Milk.
  2. Adequate Vegetables & Salads including one Leafy Vegetable will be catered for at least one meal to ensure adequate minerals intake including Iron.
  3. Preparation of Vegetables, Dal, Rice & Sweets to be decided by Students food Committee on weekly basis.
  4. Everyday students must get two eggs / 200 ml Milk (Approx. 12 – 14 grams of Protein).
  5. Four times a week, students must get either Chicken/ Paneer (Approx. 15-20 grams of Protein).
  6. Students Food Committee can add / change items depending on choice / preference of the students, other than given in note 2, 4 & 5 above.
